US Treasury yield on 10-year note, 30-year bond, 2-year jump again: What does this mean for US Fed interes

US treasury yield on 10-year jumped 3.7 basis points to 4.99 per cent. The 10-year yield is down about 11 basis points on the week and on pace for a third straight week of declines, its longest run lower since June.
