Helt, ACNB Corporation President and Chief Executive Officer.

“During the quarter, we achieved modest loan growth, saw solid core funding growth that allowed us to pay off some brokered deposits, and continued to demonstrate resilient asset quality performance. While we experienced an isolated credit issue during the quarter, our overall credit metrics remain sound and consistent with our long-standing conservative risk management culture. These results highlight the dedication of our employees, the trust of our customers, and the strength of a relationship-based banking model that continues to create value for our shareholders.”

The increase at September 30, 2026 compared to September 30, 2025 was driven primarily by growth in retained earnings partially offset by changes in unrealized losses in available for sale investment securities. Tangible book value1 per share was $33.26, $33.42 and $30.87 at September 30, 2026, June 30, 2026 and September 30, 2025, respectively.
