BoJ's Wakatabe speech

Masazumi Wakatabe is the Deputy Governor of the Bank of Japan. He started his five-year term in March 2018. Watakabe holds Bachelor and Masters degree in Economics for the Waseda University and an M.A in Economics for the University of Toronto. He served as a Professor at Waseda University from 2005.
